Physical Worker in Railway Infrastructure — PKP
Responsibilities
- Works related to the renovation and modernization of railway infrastructure
- Replacement of railway sleepers
- Replacement of rails and fastening components
- Assembly and disassembly of track surface elements
- Performing earthworks and cleaning tasks
- Loading, unloading, and transportation of materials
- Operating basic tools used for railway track works
- Following instructions from the foreman and site manager
- Complying with health and safety regulations applicable on the construction site
- If the person has experience in the construction or railway industry, the work direction may be more coordination-oriented (coordinating team work, communicating with railway industry representatives, and supervising the proper execution of assigned tasks)
Requirements
- Willingness to perform physical work
- Availability to work on business trips throughout Poland
- Responsibility and commitment
- Ability to work in a team
- Communicative knowledge of Polish, Russian, or English
- Experience in railway track, construction, or road works is welcome
- Category B driving license is welcome
